Bill Utter Ford’s Shuttle Drivers plays a vital role in elevating the customer service experience by providing transportation to and from their homes or offices while their vehicles undergo service. General Responsibilities:

• Drives customers to their destinations and picks them up promptly after vehicle repairs
• Demonstrates excellent judgment and safe driving skills
• Maintains a timely and efficient shuttle route
• Assists passengers with getting in and out of vehicles
• Utilizes radio communication for seamless coordination with the dealership or other vehicles
• Keeps meticulous records of trips, including passenger names and destinations
• Reports any required maintenance for the shuttle vehicle promptly to the dispatcher or service manager
• Upholds a professional appearance at all times
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
• Strong work ethic and dependable
• Team oriented, customer experience oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Current, valid driver’s license
